Found a nice necklace for my anniversary, but the markup seems a bit high compared to other jewelers in PCB. Staff was polite though.

Poor communication on repair
I was promised a call when my repair was done, but I had to call them three times. No apology from the staff either.

Quality repairs on my watch
Took my vintage watch in for service and they did a great job cleaning it up. Took a little longer than expected, but the result was worth it.
