Poor communication regarding claims
Terrible service after a minor accident. They didn't return my calls and I had to handle the claim process alone. Do not recommend.

Hard to reach anyone
Every time I call with a question, I get put on hold or sent to voicemail. It is very difficult to get any actual support here.
