Terrible experience
The car started making a loud noise after two days. They basically told me it was my problem since I bought it as is. Should have went somewhere else.

Decent used car
Bought a pre-owned sedan from Richard and the price was fair. Car runs well and the process was pretty quick. Would look here again when I need a new car.

Fair deal
They have a good eye for clean trade-ins. Found a solid commuter car for a reasonable price. Staff was polite and didn't try to hide any details from me.
