ordered a part that was supposed to be here in two days. took two weeks and no one called to update me. very frustrated with the lack of comms.

they know their stuff
came in with a weird noise in my motor. the lead tech came out to the lot and listened to it for a minute. he knew exactly what was wrong immediately.

the guys here kept me in the loop the whole time my boat was in the shop. they called me as soon as the parts came in and stayed late for pickup.

these guys are top notch. they helped me troubleshoot a fuel issue over the phone before i even got there. very honest and really know boats.

decent enough
staff is friendly but it can get pretty crowded on the weekends. be prepared to wait if you have a complicated technical question for the mechanics.
