Equipment broke down on the first day. Called support and they left me on hold for an hour. Still waiting on a refund.

Good machines but watch the fees
Reliable gear for sure. Just make sure to double check the fuel charges and rental hours. Staff is helpful when you press them.

Solid equipment, fair rental rates
Rented a skid steer for the weekend. Ran well and didn't give me any trouble. A little slow at the front desk, but otherwise fine.

Overcharged for hours used
They billed me for extra time on the machine that was already broken when it arrived. Took days to get a call back from someone.

Don't bother with these guys
Reserved a loader weeks in advance, showed up, and they didn't have it. No apology, no backup, just a shrug from the clerk.
