Rented a mini-excavator for a weekend project. The machine ran perfectly. Only drawback is the pickup process takes a little longer than expected.

Equipment good, service so-so
Rented a skid steer and it worked fine. Staff was a bit indifferent when I asked about usage tips. Could be more helpful.
