Service was just okay
Got my skid steer back after a week. It works, but it wasn't cleaned after the repair which I thought was a bit tacky.

Hidden costs on repair bill
The final invoice for the loader repair was significantly higher than the estimate provided. Very dishonest business practice for a professional shop.
