i needed a specific part for my lift truck and they actually had it in stock at the midway location. saved me a ton of downtime. the price was standard and the staff knew exactly what part i needed just by me describing it. good to go.

came in to pick up some filters for our warehouse fleet. the service counter was busy but they got to me eventually. part was in stock and price was fair. i appreciate that they have a good supply of items on hand locally.

had a breakdown and they sent a mechanic out the same morning. he had the part in his van and fixed it right up. barely missed a beat in the warehouse. great response time and very reasonable service costs for the speed provided.

i needed a replacement tire for our lift truck and it seemed quite pricey compared to online. i decided to get it here to have it today but it stung a bit. at least the person behind the counter was helpful and quick.

been dealing with them for years and they never fail to deliver. whether it is parts or new equipment they are always on point. staff is polite and very tech savvy when it comes to the technical issues on our lifts. highly recommend.
