Expensive repairs not done right
Paid a lot for an AC fix and the problem came back in a week. They made it right later, but the hassle was frustrating.

Broken equipment on arrival
Rented a unit and it didn't even start when we got it to the site. Extremely inconvenient and delayed our project for a full day.
