Terrible customer service
Walked in and stood there for 15 minutes while the clerk ignored me to talk on their phone. When they finally helped, they were extremely rude.

Fantastic experience overall
I came in feeling overwhelmed by what I needed for my home care setup. Sarah was incredibly patient and spent time showing me how everything operated.
