Always have a good time here. The parts department knows their stuff and helped me find the right filter for my older model truck in about five minutes. They have a good inventory on site so I rarely have to order stuff in.

I worked with Dave to get my new Equinox. He took his time going over all the safety features which was helpful since I haven't bought a new car in years. No hidden fees or weird surprises when it came time to sign the contract.

Service was okay overall. The work they did on my brakes was good but it took way longer than they told me on the phone. Waited three hours instead of the two promised. Just wish they were better with time management.

Everything went well with my purchase. Sarah in finance was quick and explained all the paperwork clearly. The place is clean and the staff seemed to really know the inventory. Glad I made the drive up to Yulee for this one.

Nothing special. They did what they said they would but the atmosphere was a bit hectic. It felt like everyone was running around everywhere. Good prices though if you don't mind the chaos of a busy Saturday morning.

Brought my Tahoe in for an oil change and tire rotation. They got me in and out right at the hour mark. The waiting area has decent coffee and good wifi so I could work while I waited. Honest folks and a fair price.

Stopped in last week to look at a Silverado. Mark helped me out and he was super low pressure which I appreciated. Got a fair deal on my trade in and was out the door in about two hours total. Very happy with the truck.

Avoid the finance office. They added on a warranty package I specifically said I did not want. I didn't catch it until I was already home and reading the paperwork. Tried calling to get it fixed but got the runaround. Not happy at all.

Had a weird rattling noise coming from under the hood of my older Chevy. They figured out it was just a loose heat shield. Didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need and the bill was very reasonable. I will come back.

My wife and I came in to look at a Suburban. The lot is huge and they have a lot of stock. Mike walked us through the different trim levels without being pushy. We settled on a price pretty fast and the whole thing was easy.

They kept my car for three days without calling once. When I finally got a hold of them they said they were waiting on a part but no one could tell me when it would arrive. Really disappointed by the lack of updates and overall runaround.

Brought the car in for a recall fix. They had the part but forgot to call me when it was finished. I sat in the waiting room for four hours and eventually had to ask the service writer what was going on. Very poor organization today.

Bought a used car here last month. The vehicle was clean and drove nice on the test run. My only complaint is the place was packed and it took a while to get to the desk. Otherwise it was a pretty painless process.
