They promised my repair would be done in three days, but it took three weeks. No phone calls, just excuses when I finally went in.

Worst experience at a surf shop
Sold me a dinged board and acted like it was my fault when I brought it back the next day. Terrible management and very rude service.

Staff ignored me at the counter
I stood at the counter for ten minutes while three employees chatted about their weekend plans. Nobody even acknowledged I was waiting to buy a new surfboard leash.
