Decent work, poor timing
They fixed my AC but left the interior dirty. I like the mechanics but they need to respect the customer's property more.

Good repair shop locally
Very happy with the oil change and tire rotation. Staff is polite and they don't try to upsell you on unnecessary parts.

Unprofessional and rude
The desk staff was extremely dismissive when I asked for a status update. My car was there for days longer than promised.
