I love the shop but the prices for genuine parts have really gone up lately. Still great quality though, so I keep coming back.

Wait times are brutal

Terrible customer service today
Walked in to buy a mower, but stood there for 20 minutes without being acknowledged. Staff just kept chatting amongst themselves. Walked out and went to the competition.
