Work on my Honda was solid, but the wait times were frustrating. Sarah was helpful, but they seem really understaffed for the volume of cars in the shop.

Terrible paint job and zero communication
Took my sedan in for a bumper repair and it came back with mismatched paint. They kept my car for two weeks without updating me once. When I finally got a hold of Mark, he was rude and dismissive about the poor finish.
