Solid shop, just a bit crowded
Always good service, but lately the shop has been so packed it's hard to get through the aisles. Still the best staff in town though.

Waited forever to get help
Store wasn't even busy but I stood at the counter for 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Too much chatting among staff.

Always a great experience
I love visiting this shop. Everyone is friendly and they have a massive variety of gear in stock compared to smaller shops nearby.

Super helpful for beginners
Went in as a first-time buyer and they didn't make me feel like an idiot. Sarah explained the background checks and parts maintenance perfectly.
