Best kayak shop around
I bought my first kayak from them last spring. Steve spent a lot of time helping me pick out the right paddle and PFD. It is a great community focused shop.

Terrible customer service
The van I rented smelled like smoke and the AC stopped working halfway through my trip. When I mentioned it, they basically shrugged. Very poor experience overall.
