They fixed my issues correctly, but the hourly labor rate is pretty steep. Still, it's better than risking damage to the RV at a cheap shop.

The sales team is excellent, but the service department is overwhelmed. Expect to wait a while if you have a scheduled appointment for routine maintenance.
