To be honest I was skeptical at first, but I booked an appointment and drove out to their address at 1680 N Tamiami Trl in North Fort Myers. They welcomed me with a nice coffee, took the time to show me around, and I ended up buying an even better unit than the one I came for. Great guys, definitely recommend.

Called about a fifth wheel they had listed online and they had it pulled up, opened and ready to view the next morning when I arrived at their North Fort Myers lot. Dropped the rig off at eight in the morning for warranty work on the water heater and picked it up before lunch the same day. Clean work, the tech explained what he replaced, and they even washed the exterior before we pulled out. Getting an RV in and out of service that fast in season is unheard of around here.

Everything worked on the walkthrough before we took delivery of the coach. Generator, both slides, the awning, the fridge and the water heater were all started up and tested with us standing there instead of handing over the keys and waving goodbye. They also showed my wife how to run the leveling system.

Came down from Punta Gorda on a friend recommendation and it was well worth the drive to North Fort Myers. Good selection of travel trailers and motorhomes on the lot, honest answers about the older units, and the whole buying process took an afternoon instead of an entire weekend of back and forth.

A slide seal started leaking a few weeks after we bought our fifth wheel. I called and they got us into the service bay right away, resealed it properly and covered the whole repair without a single argument about what the warranty did or did not include. We are new to RVing and they walked us through several floorplans without rushing us at all. They asked how many of us travel, where we camp in Florida and what our truck can pull before showing us anything.
