bad customer service
Called multiple times to check on a part, got no return call. Very frustrating when you are trying to finalize a deal. Needs better office management for sure.

The car I looked at had issues they didn't mention until I found them on the test drive. Disappointed they weren't upfront about the condition from the beginning.
