The equipment works great, no complaints there. But I stood at the desk for 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Needs better front-end organization.

I’ve been renting from Salco for three years now. Never had a single issue with their machinery. They are the standard for equipment rental in Miami.

Machines are always solid. Sometimes the pickup line takes a bit longer than I’d like, but the equipment quality makes up for the short wait.

Pricing is competitive and the gear is well maintained. My only minor gripe is that they were out of the specific attachment I wanted once, but they had an alternative.

Had an issue with a skid steer track and it took a while to get a service tech out. Once they showed up, it was fixed quickly. Just wish the response was faster.
