Everyone was so kind and helpful. I came in not sure if I wanted to upgrade, but they showed me the options without any pressure. Ended up with a great SUV and couldn't be happier with the deal.

The car is nice but the waiting area was messy and loud. The sales process itself was fine and the vehicle was ready on time. Just feel like they could do a better job with the showroom environment.
