I bought a car and was told my spare key would be mailed within a week. It has been over a month and no key. I have called twice and keep getting transferred. Very frustrating.

Happy with the purchase. The only reason for 4 stars is that the car was a bit low on gas when I left, but the mechanical condition is top notch. Service team is solid.

Bought a used Tacoma here last week. The truck runs perfect. Only knocking off a star because the wait for the finance manager was about an hour even with an appointment. Otherwise, super happy.

Huge thanks to Sam for helping me trade in my old sedan. He made the appraisal process so quick and fair. Drove home in a beautiful SUV in under two hours. Highly recommend!
