found a hidden fee on the final contract that wasn't mentioned before. i had to argue to get it removed and it ruined my mood for the day.

not impressed at all
spent four hours here just to sign papers. communication was poor and nobody seemed to know where the keys were for the car i was buying.

do not waste your time
they told me the car was ready but when i got there it had a dead battery and they didn't even clean it. absolutely terrible service today.
