Service was not helpful
Called to report a problem and the person on the phone was dismissive. Definitely won't be back next year.

Terrible customer service
Had a flat tire, called the shop and they told me to 'figure it out.' Completely unprofessional and unsafe.

Not what I expected
The cart felt old and the brakes were squishy. Felt really unsafe driving it on the main roads.

Cart broke down midway
Our cart died after two hours. Took them forever to get out to us to fix it. Ruined our afternoon.
