My boat sat in their yard for three weeks and no one even touched the engine. Constant excuses about missing parts. Total waste of my time.

Average experience with repairs
The boat works fine now but they left a mess on the deck. I expected them to wipe down the area after working on the motor.

Hit or miss on timing
Good work usually, but timing is unpredictable. Sometimes it's same day, other times it takes a week. Consistency could definitely be improved here.

Excellent service and quick turnaround
They winterized my boat in record time. Friendly staff who actually care about their customers. Definitely coming back next season for routine maintenance.
