Gave them my VIN and they still gave me the wrong spark plugs. Had to drive back twice to fix their mistake. Very disappointed in the lack of attention.

Every time I go to Schumacher for parts, they have the inventory ready. It’s super refreshing not having to wait weeks for common repair parts for my Silverado.

The part was in stock, which was good, but the service was just okay. Nobody really greeted me and I felt like I was bothering them by asking questions.
