Poor return policy experience
Tried to return an item that was defective and they gave me such a hard time even with the receipt. Left with a very bad impression.

Solid prices and inventory
Found everything I needed for my camping trip. The store is well organized and clean. Wish they had more options for hiking boots, but otherwise good.

Helpful staff, great store
Got exactly what I needed for my weekend trip. The staff was busy but still took the time to make sure I had everything for my setup.
