Had a terrible experience with a service repair. They kept my boat for three weeks and didn't even fix the initial issue. Completely unacceptable service level.

Issues with after-sales support
Buying the boat was easy, but getting parts for a minor issue afterward has been a nightmare. It's been weeks and nobody seems to have an answer.
