Only complaint is that the car wasn't fully gassed up when I took delivery, but otherwise the car is fantastic and the buying process was very quick.

Smooth process on my new truck

Good selection but busy shop
Found a clean Ford Escape. The staff was very helpful, though the wait for the finance guy was pretty long. Once I got in there though, it was fast.
