Got a decent price for my rig, but I had to wait nearly an hour past my appointment time to talk to someone. Once we sat down, it was fine, but the scheduling needs work.

They were very upfront about their margins. I felt I got a fair market value for my RV. The staff seemed knowledgeable about the current market trends which made me feel comfortable selling to them.

Good communication from start to finish. They were very clear about how they value the trade-ins. Only took one star off because it took a bit long to get the final payout processed through the bank.

They quoted me one price over the phone and then tried to drop it by thousands once I showed up with the title. Really deceptive and unprofessional behavior. Avoid this place if you value honesty.

I had a great experience selling my travel trailer here. No hidden fees, no games. They handled the lien payoff perfectly and kept me in the loop the entire time. Excellent service from start to finish.
