I really liked the car but they tacked on a bunch of mystery fees at the very end. Left a bad taste and I walked out.

Decent service but long wait
The mechanics did a good job on my Equinox but the wait time was way longer than estimated. Had to sit in the lobby for four hours for a basic oil change.

Zero help from management
My transmission failed two weeks after service and they refused to take responsibility. Spent way too much money to be ignored by the service manager.

Solid service for my Malibu
Great service center. My Malibu runs like a charm now. Only reason it is 4 stars is because the waiting area could use a remodel.
