Got the machine I needed, but it was dirty when I picked it up. Worked well, but felt unprofessional to hand over a muddy piece of gear.

Terrible customer experience
They tried to charge me for damage that was already there when I picked up the unit. Had a huge argument over nothing. Never again.

The guys at the counter are knowledgeable. Equipment is generally great, sometimes you have to wait a bit in the morning line.
