Perfect condition upon arrival

Driver never called back
Was promised a call when they were an hour out. I never received a call and ended up waiting in a parking lot for hours.

Never showed up for appointment
They missed the scheduled pickup date completely. No call, no email. When I finally reached them, they had no idea what happened. Absolute failure.

Delayed multiple times
My transport was pushed back three times without much notice. I had to scramble to find other arrangements. Very frustrated with the lack of communication.
