I was told my car would be ready on Friday but nobody called. I had to call them three times just to find out my car wasn't ready yet.

Had a simple repair done. It took longer than expected and they didn't really communicate updates. The work itself seems okay though.

Solid shop. They showed me exactly what was wrong with the suspension on my SUV and charged a very fair price for the parts.

Mike and his team at Shalom are top notch. I take all my vehicles here and they never try to upsell me on stuff I do not need.

I went in for a cooling issue and left with an engine light that wasn't there before. Very frustrated and I won't be returning.
