Paid for a diagnostic and they barely looked at the car. Had to take it to another shop the next day to get it fixed.

Had a simple repair done. It took longer than expected and they didn't really communicate updates. The work itself seems okay though.

Left my car in worse shape
I went in for a cooling issue and left with an engine light that wasn't there before. Very frustrated and I won't be returning.
