They told me my part would be here Tuesday but I had to call three times to find out it arrived on Friday.

Overcharged for simple repair
Left my car there for a battery check and they charged me for two hours of labor for a 15 minute job. Very disappointed.

The team at Shamrock really cares about their customers. They even gave me a ride home while they worked on my sedan.

Good work but busy shop
They did a great job on my oil change and tire rotation. Only thing is it takes a while to get an appointment, so plan ahead.

Car came back worse
They fixed my AC but broke my glove box latch in the process. When I called back they denied everything. Never again.
