Bad quality control
The paint started peeling off the trailer the first time it rained. When I called, they just gave me the runaround. Very disappointed.

Fast and friendly

Rude and unhelpful
I had a question about a hitch size and the guy at the counter basically ignored me. I ended up going somewhere else. Don't waste your time.
