Reserved a spot online but when I got there they said they had no machines left. Nobody even apologized for the mixup. Terrible service.

Fantastic experience today
Shoutout to Sarah for the great hospitality. The equipment was brand new and handled perfectly. Best way to see the island from the water.

Okay but kind of busy
The service was fine, but they were definitely overwhelmed by the crowds. Had to wait a good thirty minutes even with a reservation.

Pretty good experience overall
No major issues. The staff helped us with the life jackets and got us out there quickly. The ocean conditions were perfect today.
