The jet ski I was given was making a really weird rattling noise the whole time. Felt like it was going to break down.

Okay but kind of busy
The service was fine, but they were definitely overwhelmed by the crowds. Had to wait a good thirty minutes even with a reservation.

Pretty good experience overall
No major issues. The staff helped us with the life jackets and got us out there quickly. The ocean conditions were perfect today.
