Solid management and a well-maintained building. Parking can be a bit tight sometimes but otherwise a very nice place to live.

Too noisy and bad management
Constantly noisy neighbors and the office never does anything about it. Really disappointed in the living conditions here lately.

Fine place, but rent is high
The units are decent and modern but rent seems to go up every year. Considering if it's still worth the price tag.
