Service was fine but parts took over a week to arrive. Patrick was helpful but the shop communication could be a lot better regarding shipping.

Great shop with good people
Charlie was very knowledgeable about the new models. I just wish they had more accessories in stock. Overall a very positive buying experience.

Bike service was just okay
Angela was pleasant but the repair took longer than promised. I expected it to be ready on Friday but it wasn't finished until Tuesday afternoon.
