Liz was nice, but no one called me when my parts finally came in. I had to call them three times to check the status of my order.

Great shop with good people
Charlie was very knowledgeable about the new models. I just wish they had more accessories in stock. Overall a very positive buying experience.

Bike service was just okay
Angela was pleasant but the repair took longer than promised. I expected it to be ready on Friday but it wasn't finished until Tuesday afternoon.
