James is a good guy, but the wait time for simple maintenance is getting out of hand. Two weeks for an appointment is just too much.

Great shop with good people
Charlie was very knowledgeable about the new models. I just wish they had more accessories in stock. Overall a very positive buying experience.

Bike service was just okay
Angela was pleasant but the repair took longer than promised. I expected it to be ready on Friday but it wasn't finished until Tuesday afternoon.
