Avoid the service center
Had a terrible experience with my bike repair. They overcharged and then kept the bike for two weeks without updating me at all.

Disappointed by the service
My bike was supposed to be ready by Friday. Called twice and nobody knew what was going on. It wasn't ready until Monday afternoon.

Great service department
Took my bike in for an upgrade. They got it done in one day and it runs better than ever. Highly recommend these guys.

The shop is fine and the work is good, but they are just so busy it's hard to get a timely appointment for maintenance.
