I was promised a refill on Tuesday and nobody showed up. Had to call three times just to get an update on the truck route.

The propane quality is fine but I had to call twice to confirm my delivery date. Hope they improve communication next time.

Friendly staff and fair prices
Always a pleasure dealing with these guys. Very knowledgeable about my home setup and the pricing is better than anyone else nearby.

Poor customer service and support
Nobody answered the phones for three hours today. Extremely frustrating when you are sitting here with an empty tank and no heat.

Professional and efficient propane service
Been using them for two years now. The drivers are professional and they always take care not to leave a mess in the yard.
