Found a decent flatbed trailer here, but the inventory was lower than expected. Staff was helpful but stock was lacking.

Solid work but slow service
Repairs took longer than quoted but the work was done well. Just plan for extra time if you drop your trailer off.

Terrible customer service experience
Waited forever to talk to someone about a hitch. When they finally came out, the guy was incredibly rude and dismissive.
