Kept my car for four days and didn't even get to the electrical issue. Terrible experience and very disorganized.

Bad customer service
The tech was knowledgeable, but the front desk person was extremely rude and dismissive. I won't be returning based on that alone.

Saved me a ton of money
Other shops said I needed a whole new system, but Southern Automotive repaired what I had for a fraction of the price. Honest shop.

Work was mediocre
They fixed the main issue but broke a plastic trim piece in the process and didn't offer to replace it. Poor attention to detail.

Fast and effective service
They diagnosed a drain on my battery quickly. Only docked one star because the lobby is a bit dated, but the work is great.
