The mobile homes here look great and are priced right. We picked out our floor plan easily, but the delivery date was delayed by a week. Aside from that, happy with the purchase.

Visited Southern Charms and was impressed by the build quality. Sarah was really helpful in explaining the insulation options. Just wish the showroom had more AC, it was hot.
