The sales process was fine but once they had my money, getting a call back about the setup was impossible. Very frustrating lack of follow-through from the office team.

Visited Southern Charms and was impressed by the build quality. Sarah was really helpful in explaining the insulation options. Just wish the showroom had more AC, it was hot.
